Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using QuickFixPro's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Service Terms
- We provide device repair and technical services
- All repairs include a 60-day warranty on parts and labor
- Free pickup and delivery within Dubai and Sharjah
- Service availability may vary based on location
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Additional charges may apply for complex repairs
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
Warranty & Limitations
Our 60-day warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages caused by user negligence, water damage after repair, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty becomes void if the device is serviced by unauthorized third parties.
Liability Disclaimer
QuickFixPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup
- Full refunds for undiagnosed devices
- Partial refunds may apply based on work completed
- No refunds for completed repairs under warranty
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Additional Terms
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
